Meta Housing & Western Community Housing
The Arroyo at Baker Ranch is an affordable family apartment located in the master planned community of Baker Ranch in the City of Lake Forest. Owned by master developers Shea Homes and Toll Brothers. The Arroyo at Baker Ranch is a three-story apartment community that consists of 55 one-bedroom, 75 two-bedroom and 57 three-bedroom floor plans. The community also features a large community center, swimming pool, outdoor play area, on-site laundry and a business center.
Located in the beautiful sea-side community of San Clemente, Cotton’s Point is designed to serve low-income older adults aged 62+. Comprised of 76 units, 35 percent are dedicated to older adults with serious mental illness and/or a long term chronic health condition. This community will help reduce the long-term adverse impact and societal costs resulting from untreated serious mental illness. Cotton's Point is an example of a balanced community development. There are few affordable housing opportunities for lower-income seniors within affluent coastal communities. The community also improved an underutilized lot previously occupied by a blighted, empty restaurant into an architecturally rich, Spanish Colonial Revival-styled community possessing ocean and golf course views.
