Jeffrey P. Boysen

Jeff Boysen has held positions in the construction industry spanning over 30 years, including 15 years with U.S. Housing Corporation. Starting as a construction superintendent at the beginning of his construction career, he handled increasing responsibilities in supervision and management, culminating in over 10 years as Senior Vice President in charge of all construction and development with profit and loss responsibility. Jeffrey has worked at various times in development, general contracting and construction management. His management systems employs a combination of industry best practices and proprietary processes that has been developed over three decades of construction and project management experience.
Jeff is the President of Optimus Construction, a general contracting company and a principal member of Primus Building Solutions. He embraces a unique awareness for the value of time, money and quality; these values are reflected in the day to day operations of Primus Building Solutions. Optimus Construction specializes in building quality housing in sensitive community environments where complex construction staging and project logistics are required. Working closely with funding agencies such as LAHD and CRA, Optimus assures compliance with Equal Opportunity employment and Local Hire requirements.
Jeff has his California State Contractors License.
