Entitlements for Master Plan included a new parish center, demolition of existing rectory, new parish hall, church expansion and school renovation. The completed Master Plan created for this Parish is just the first step in an extensive multi-phased expansion of the worship, education and meeting facilities of this religious community. Phase I consists of the design and construction of a 9800 sq foot parish center office with meeting rooms. The existing electrical distribution system will be redesigned to provide voltage and distribution for the current phase and future phases. During the Master Planning Process Primus completed a Facility Needs Analysis of all five building on campus and worked diligently on the parish’s behalf to secure the conditional use permit for the master plan from the City of West Covina. Primus served as project manager during the project’s construction phases for Phase One.
