San Clemente Senior Apartments will be a 76-unit development with 61 one-bedroom apartments and 15 two-bedroom apartments, these affordable units will target very low- and low-income income seniors on a2 acre lot in San Clemente.  The building will be C-shaped to match the contours of the site, with a large courtyard with a water feature, a large community room, a computer and multi-media room, outdoor barbecues and tables, communal kitchen, library, laundry room, mail room, landscaping, and manager's unit.  San Clemente Senior Apartments will have a single level of subterranean parking with 87 parking spaces and 6 guest parking spaces provided on grade.
