Coventry Court at Columbus Square, a 240-unit senior residential housing project located within the master planned community of the Villages of Columbus in Tustin, CA.  The project is divided into ten (10) three-story buildings, each containing twenty-four (24) units. Coventry Court at Columbus Square will include 1- and 2-bedroom with up to 2.5 baths.  Residents at Coventry Court will enjoy two private recreation centers that feature a pool and spa, BBQ area, gardens, and separate clubhouse with a fitness center, kitchen, and great room.  Primus Building Solutions was engaged to assist with the entitlements and management of the re-design and construction process.  Originally designed as market rate condominium project, Primus assisted the architect and owner in making key decisions that affordably modified the existing design to serve as a senior project.  As the result of cooperative partnering with city staff, Primus successfully ushered the project through a time sensitive jurisdictional approval process.  Our experienced staff’s access to historical cost data and comprehensive review of the contractor’s bid kept the costs within the owner’s original budget.
