Primus joined the project in the early planning stages of this multi-phase renovation and new construction project to prepare a Facility Needs Analysis and provided project management services during the Parish’s Master Plan and through Construction. One of their first tasks was to provide cost estimating services for the various conceptual design scenarios under consideration by the owner. Estimates were prepared and provided to the client along with recommendations for cost reduction; including alternative materials, technology, and methods, as well as the identification of the constraints and sequencing issues associated with each design. In addition to estimating services, Primus provided construction management services coordinating the work of the contractor with the activities occurring on an active parish and school site, as well as implemented an information management and control systems.
