Primus provided their services as a Construction Consultant to Los Angeles Housing Partnership for Pre-Construction Services. During the preconstruction phase Primus attends regular design meetings with Owner, Architect and other Owner consultants and provided regular reporting of activities to team members. Primus conducted Value Engineering Analysis at 50% Design Development and a Constructability Review at 50% Design Development. Primus will be developing and indentifying information absent in the construction documents for Ownership to have accurate bidding documents. Primus will also coordination with the design team to incorporate the responses to the items identified in the review, review the LEED checklist and provide key consulting advice during Design Development Phase.
