The Project is a two‐level, YMCA facility with natatorium, family fitness center, child care facility with interactive Wi‐Fi learning center, gymnasium, instructional studios, activity rooms and support offices.  The structure is approximately 52,500sf ‐ Type III‐ A sprinklered with an A‐3 occupancy (accessory occupancies of A‐2, B, E and S‐1).  As the Construction Manager Primus CM is an essential team member during the entire Preconstruction and Construction Phase. Primus assists with identify impacts to construction costs and schedules in all decision matrices. The YMCA depends on the Primus to provide accurate and reliable advice, to afford the team the opportunity to develop complete documents that meet the budget requirements.
