The Olivera Apartments embody the best practices of new urbanism and smart growth transforming a vacant, undeveloped site into a beautiful, amenity-rich residential community for seniors. The project proposes the development of 84-affordable senior housing on the 1.77 acre project site. All 84-units will be located in a single 91,329 square foot building, the majority of which will be four stories high and serviced by two elevators. The building construction is Type V-A wood frame construction with a slab-on-grade foundation Primus was brought in during the land acquisition process and assisted in determining the hard and soft cost budgets and managing the project through its entitlement phase and TCAC Application process. After TCAC Award, Primus supported the Owner in selecting the design team, creating the RFP for General Contractor selection, and managing the permitting process. Primus will also represent the Owner during the construction phase.
